Now a days there was no proper sleep due to stress, different food practices and lack of physical activity that results in insomnia and also effects day to day activities.And also there are many reasons for sleeplessness that includes your physical and mental conditions.Reasons may due to watching T.V,playing video games ,having more caffeine and also other sound disturbances which result in the bedroom.

Ingredients need:
1 cucumber
1 slice of ginger root
1 lemon juice
2 stalks celery
1 green apple
9 stalks of asparagus

How to Prepare :

Asparagus: The green veggie is having vitamins and minerals like vitamins A, C, E, K, and B6, as well as folate, iron, copper, calcium, protein, and fiber. Immerse in cold water for five minutes.Take the cucumber and lemon peel and cut them into pieces and add a slice of ginger and celery add to blender and crush.Consume after lunch it shows the effects positively on indigestion ,stress.

Celery - Contains high level of magnesium which helps in relaxation of the body ,It also show effect on the nervous system that was against insomnia.

Ginger – Its an healthy available root product which helps in fighting against all the unwanted germs and removing toxins from the body. It also helps in weight loss and manage glucose levels .It helps in removing gas and also prevents from the heartburn.

Cucumber – Cucumbers are low in calories and also helps in lowering the blood pressure ,improving bone health.It also deals with stress and fatigue in the skin .It was rich in potassium and magnesium that make body calm down.
